2. Payment Terms

To ensure a smooth collaboration:

• Advance Payment: A 50% advance is required before work begins. This secures your project slot and allows me to start immediately.
  
  
• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Payoneer and Remitly.
  
  
• Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion or as outlined in the project proposal.
  
  
• Monthly Subscription: For ongoing campaign management, payments are billed monthly. The subscription continues until either party provides notice to cancel.
  
  

3. Project Timeline

• Work begins after receipt of the advance payment.
  
  
• Estimated timelines are provided during project discussion. Please note that delays due to client feedback or approvals may affect the schedule.
  
  

4. Refund Policy

• The advance payment is non-refundable, as it secures your project slot and initial work.
  
  
• For monthly subscriptions, no refunds are provided for partial months once the service period has started.
  
  

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver the best results, clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate information, access, and content required for the project
  
  
• Communicate and approve deliverables in a timely manner

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• All creative materials, ad copies, and campaign assets remain my property until full payment is received.
  
  
• Once full payment is made, all rights and ownership of completed work are transferred to the client.
  
  

7. Limitation of Liability

I strive to deliver high-quality services. However, I am not responsible for external factors such as:

8. Acceptance of Terms
